We're building the
anti-JIRA

JIRA buries teams in process. Notion lets work drift. We built MightyBoards for the teams tired of managing their tools instead of shipping product.

Our Story

How frustration became a product.

In 2024, we were deep in the weeds at a fast-growing startup — shipping features, running sprints, chasing deadlines. The tools meant to help us were the biggest source of friction. JIRA slowed us down with ceremony. Notion was too freeform to stay aligned. Linear came close, but we were still adapting to the tool, not the other way around.

What we wanted was AI baked in from day one — not bolted on as a chatbot, but woven into how work actually flows. AI that asked before it acted. That helped the team think without hijacking the decisions.

So we built MightyBoards. An opinionated project management platform built around clarity, speed, and shipping — one that earns its place in your workflow by making every day a little less painful.

Our values

How we think about building — and why it shows up in the product.

Mission-driven

Project management exists to help teams ship — not to generate reports or justify headcount. We build with one question in mind: does this make it easier or harder to get work done?

Human-first

AI should make your team faster, not invisible. MightyBoards keeps humans in the driver's seat — the AI proposes, you approve. No black boxes, no surprises.

Radically simple

We'd rather cut a feature than ship something confusing. Simplicity isn't a constraint — it's the standard every decision gets held to. If it takes more than two seconds to understand, it's not ready.

Built with care

We sweat the small stuff because our users notice it. Pixel-perfect UI, snappy performance, interactions that feel right — not because anyone demanded it, but because we care how it feels to use.
